Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders are picked up by our shipping carriers Monday through Friday by 3:30 PM (Eastern Time). Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will process the following business day.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. Free shipping method is by our choice but expedited shipping methods will be offered to you at checkout at additional fees.

Helpful Tip: Call 617-719-0626 to verify stock availability or discuss special shipping arrangements before placing an expedited order.

Ground Shipping

Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground generally leave our facility within 24 business hours after processing.

For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend contacting us to confirm stock availability before selecting any expedited shipping method.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited services such as UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Select are available during checkout with real-time rate calculations.

Orders using expedited shipping placed before 1:00 PM (EST) ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.

Delivery Times

Please allow 1–7 business days for delivery via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location from our New York warehouse. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact our Customer Service team before or immediately after placing your order so we can help arrange the most efficient shipping method.

Sample Orders

We provide Free Shipping for samples within the continental United States via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers are not available for free sample shipping.

Guarantee and Returns Policy

At European-Linen, we proudly stand behind the quality of our linen and fabrics.

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for any uncut, unwashed, and unaltered fabric in resaleable condition. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization number (RA#).
  2. Return the fabric within 30 days of purchase.
  3. A full refund for the fabric cost will be issued. (Additional or upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Please Note:

  • Orders must be inspected upon delivery. European-Linen.com is not responsible for labor or handling cost of any kind.
  • European-Linen will not accept returns for fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered.
  • Returns without a valid RA# may not be accepted.
  • Processing time for returns is typically 1-4 business days.
  • A digital photo may be requested to evaluate or expedite credit approval.

Your feedback helps us improve, so we welcome your comments when returning an item—though it will not affect your refund.
